July 22 2009 Wholesale Jeweller Marks 21st Year Of Growth.

Randor Jewellery Inc., located at 4316 Village Centre Crt., is owned by Randy Moss.

Moss got into the business at the age of 18 at Thomas Jewellery in Montreal. He graduated as a Gemmologist, from the Gemological Institute of America in 1981 and returned to Thomas Jewellery. Later, he branched out on his own into gold distribution. In 1988 Moss moved to Mississauga, founding Randor, which supplied gold jewellery to retailers in southern Ontario.

Michele Moss a Diamonds Graduate from GIA, manages the showroom, which she opened to the public in 1998. As Randor's Showroom has grown, Randy and the wholesale department has had to move to a second location in Toronto, where Rachel Keith, a Diamonds Graduate from GIA heads up the manufacturing department, developing new product lines for the wholesale and retail departments.

This leaves Michele to concentrate on their showroom clients and also allows Randy time to make his regular buying trips around the world. The showroom specializes in certified loose diamonds, custom design jewellery, engagement rings, wedding, commitment rings, and diamond and gemstone jewellery.

"Although we have a website (www.randor.com), we do not sell diamonds or engagement jewellery over the Internet because we prefer to get to know our clients. Internet sales are too impersonal,” says Michele. "Jewellery is a very emotional purchase and deserves a one on one atmosphere to discuss the gifts for some of the most significant events in peoples’ lives." “Our clients are our treated as friends and we always considered them to be a very special part of our family business.” says Michele.

Visit the showroom and you will appreciate the fact that they strive to bring you the best quality jewellery at the best possible price and Randor's international presence and buying power allows us to be continuously looking for great deals to pass on to you, the consumer. You're always sure to find an ever-changing assortment of exciting, styles and trends that arrive weekly, and their prices have always and continue to be based on the state of the U.S and Canadian Dollar. As manufactures and wholesalers there inventory turnover time is quick, so there prices change quickly to reflect the current dollar rates.
